The Story Of Estonian Skateboarding - A Documentary Love Letter
Skateboarding in Estonia has always been a lifestyle, a voice, a kind of freedom. For decades, skaters across the country have built their world from the ground up, from clay wheels in the 1980s to the new generation rolling through modern parks today. They’ll all tell you the same thing: skateboarding gave me everything. This is the story of five decades of Estonian skateboarding — a love letter to freedom on four wheels.

Directed by Taavi Arus and Ivar Murd, The Story of Estonian Skateboarding runs through everything that’s shaped the scene — from Soviet street sessions to the rise of Simple Session, from backyard ramps to Barcelona.

It’s part documentary, part time capsule, and fully rooted in community.
