Woman Arrested After Teen Dies While Attempting To Skitch From Her Car

36-year-old Anais Hernandez has now been arrested on a child abuse warrant following a tragic incident that resulted in the death of a teenager while attempting to skitch from her moving SUV.

One of the four passengers, a 15-year-old teenager by the name of Anthony De La Torre, asked Hernandez if he could skitch from her car, but she declined and stated that it was too dangerous. Anthony’s relative, Destiny Jimenez, offered to switch seats and said that she would be the driver instead.

Upon this request, Anais Hernandez, unfortunately, agreed despite Destiny Jimenez not holding a driver's license. Jimenez now faces a DUI charge after running over her nephew with a car full of people while he skitched onto the SUV she was driving.
