Marius Syvanen is Back in Finland

Marius Syvanen is Finnish by birth, but he’s been a globetrotter for much of his skating career. Many years ago, he did what many a skater does – settle down in Southern California – but his wanderlust has kept him from just plopping down and staying in So Cal. However, when the pandemic started to spread across the world, Syvanen headed by to Finland to wait it out (we definitely understand not wanting to be in Southern California during COVID). The skater has stayed active in Finland, though, and he now has a new video for his skate sponsor Habitat. Suomi Sojourn (“Suomi” is what Finland is called in the country’s native language) is a mix of skating and Syvanen’s experience being back in his homeland during this time. You can watch it above.
