Skating the Mini Ramp at Görlitzer Park’s “Bernd’s Eck”
For this week's video, we linked up with Berlin’s legendary skate shop Search and Destroy for an Easter Mini Ramp Session at Görlitzer Park.
The session went down at “Bernd’s Eck” – a mini ramp tucked inside a local community center and part of a bigger initiative to support skateboarding in the area. The ramp was officially opened last year, thanks to the hard work of @sport365community, IRIEDAILY, Nike SB, GSJ, the Berlin Senate, and a bunch of helping hands. The project, driven by Farid Ulrich, aimed to create a dedicated spot in the heart of Görli for skaters to come together and push their limits.
The crew came through with some heavy mini ramp tricks, and we even had a surprise appearance from Willi the Easter Bunny.🐰
