Andrew Reynolds Unveils New Vans Collab

Three different silhouettes get a new look from the legend
CHRIS MORGAN  |

Andrew Reynolds has been a big name in the skateboarding game since the days of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater. While he’s not an elder skatesman, Reynolds remains active in the world of skateboarding. That includes on the footwear front. Vans has announced that Reynolds has collaborated with the brand on a new collection of three updated versions of Skate Classics designs. We will be getting Reynolds variations on the Sk8-Hi, the Old Skool, and the Half Cab 92.

While classic silhouettes were used, these Reynolds shoes were completely redesigned with skaters in mind. That means shoes that are fashionable and durable. The three designs are slightly different, but they all make use of navy blue and brown suede in different iterations. All three shoes are available though the Vans website and some in-person stores as of today, September 1. Reynolds’ shoes definitely seem of a higher quality as far as skating is concerned compared to some other Vans offerings than are more fashion forward and less practical. That’s cool with us.
