World's First Aerospace ISOGRID Skateboard

CNC Machine Shop Genius Barry designed and created the world’s first Isogrid Skateboard. Made from Aluminium, this board is the first of its kind as it's made using the Isogrid method, which we quickly learned by watching the video; it is the most important part when making the board, as this method will allow the weight to be distributed evenly across the impact zone of the board. This also takes away a ton of weight from the board itself, which would otherwise be around 16 pounds, bringing the total weight down to precisely 3.4 pounds, equal to the amount of the Canadian maple board he set out to replicate.

 There is also no grip tape involved, the board's surface is scored with a jagged line pattern, and the intention is to allow you to have almost the same sensation as you would with normal grip tape.

Ultimately, it was reviewed, and the feedback is that it felt really similar to any other normal board, only you have to get over the thought of it being metal. The tre flip was done on the first try with the finished product,t and Barry lost 700 dollars with a smile.
