The Olympics Drop a New Skateboarding Highlight Reel

Skateboarding was a huge success at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. Though the Olympics have now come and gone, the Olympics themselves aren’t done celebrating skating just yet. Clearly they really enjoyed the experience of having some of the best skaters in the world being part of the proceedings now. Just this past weekend the official Olympics YouTube channel released a new video that cuts together some of the highlights from the four skateboarding events that took place in Tokyo.

Previously we highlighted a video involving a collection of wipeouts and spills from the Olympics. That can be fun, but why not champion the incredible skill and athleticism of the top skaters? This may be the last bit of Olympic skateboarding output we get to see for three years. Savor this video.
