The Nora Vasconcellos’s Pro Shoe Debut
NORA by Nora Vasconcellos. Another adidas collaboration. Designed with Nora’s artistic lends the capsule draws inspiration from adidas’ heritage tennis silhouettes, this has gone onto create a distinctive piece with modern updates with more concentration on style, durability and inclusivity.
The design brings together so many different aspects of design, with cues from the brand Steffi Graf, Nastase and other silhouettes into a new model that can be considered timeless and smooth. This new design being donned as a true rider-led collaboration; the new design brings together aesthetics and grips with the support of a cupsole for an extended board-feel.
This collaboration doesn’t just stop there it also comes with an apparel pack carrying the same vintage court style theme with progressive updates on the fit and material. This collection comes with NORA track and top & Nora track slacks have been formed from technical recycled polyester for enhanced stretch and durability. Coming with a Nora Polo is laced with the pluralist skater’s original artwork, jacquard knitted into it in a tonal execution which is discreet but becomes more obvious as you come closer to the Polo.
The release of three colorways, the Nora by Nora Vasconcellos footwear and supporting apparel pack is available for purchase via Adidas.com/skateboarding and offering the collaboration at $75-$90.
