Santa Cruz Puts Another Board To the Test

How does this new Eric Dressen board shape up?
CHRIS MORGAN  |

As the oldest existing hardgoods company in the United States, Santa Cruz knows a ton about skateboards. They don’t just trust their instincts, though. The company likes to put boards to the test to see how they work when in action. After all, a board is about more than looks. You need a skateboard that can stand up to, you know, being a skateboarder. Santa Cruz’s newest board comes to us from Eric Dressen, who designed this new “Eyes” board that comes with Everslick material in order to make sliding on rails easier and also to make the board five times more resistant to breaks. As they usually do, Santa Cruz had their brand manager Andrew Cannon grab an “Eyes” board and put it through the paces. How does the board stand up to the challenges? Watch right here and find out.
