New Balance Welcomes Andrew Reynolds
As the 45-second ad' comes into play, we are greeted with a nostalgic track and a slow-mo silhouette shot of an easily identifiable 'Andrew Reynolds push.'
If you know your skateboarding history, it might click right away that they have used the same song as the one playing in one of Reynolds's most iconic video parts, Birdhouse - The End.
There is no second-guessing in the next shot because we get full confirmation with a close-up shot of Andrew Reynolds's face as he looks into the lens and raises his eyebrows. This is funny because it's most likely the same expression everybody else gave, to begin with.
He is seen skating the streets, full of style and ripping in various New Balance models, some of his favorite models on the market so far. He looks good in them, and he seems like he's feeling good in them too! Thus, this brings us to only two questions:
How long will it be until we can buy some of his pro models?
Are they going to be called NB Numeric Andrew Reynolds B055?
If they aren't, then they should be.
