Justin Henry is Pro for Quasi
Usually, a skateboarding company will announce they’ve helped turn a skateboarder pro with an Instagram post, or maybe a little video. Those are cool. We always enjoy relaying the news of new pros in skateboarding, because it’s always exciting for them. However, Quasi decided to do things a little differently when it came to Justin Henry. They announced they were giving Henry his first pro deal with a billboard in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio. The billboard was done in collaboration with Vans, so it is kind of an ad for both Vans and Quasi. On the other hand, it’s also the first pro-announcement billboard we can remember. Usually billboards are just for local lawyers. Now they can be for skateboarding pros too, and that’s really cool. Check out the billboard on Quasi’s Instagram.
