CP Company x Palace Collab
C.P. Company and British skate brand Palace have teamed up for a new collaboration that reimagines Italian sportswear through the lens of skate culture. This partnership blends C.P. Company's technical expertise with Palace's eclectic aesthetic, resulting in a collection that pays homage to both brands' distinctive identities.
Iconic Pieces Reimagined
Central to the collection is the Goggle Jacket, featuring an external CS II hood, crafted from innovative materials like Kan-D, a monofilament nylon known for its transparency and glossy finish. This design highlights the co-branded C.P. PALACE logo and showcases Palace's reinterpretation of C.P. Company's archival pieces. Other notable items include 5-pocket trousers in 14 3/4oz denim, a full-zip overshirt in 50 Fili Heavy, graphic t-shirts, a lightweight Sea Island cotton knit, and a range of accessories, all reflecting a seamless blend of vintage and contemporary influences.
Sicilian Backdrop for Campaign Film
To mark the launch, directors Michael J. Fox and Stuart Hammond have created a short film set against the Mediterranean backdrop of Sicily. The film features Palace skaters Lucien Clarke, Danny Brady, Juan Saavedra, and Alexandrino Da Silva navigating sun-drenched coastlines, vibrant local squares, and the sea, capturing the essence of the collaboration. This choice of location continues the tradition of the brands selecting iconic Italian landscapes to narrate their joint ventures.
