The Founder of Stinky Socks Gave a TED Talk

At Dose, we are fans of Stinky Socks. Let us clarify. We are a fan of the company Stinky Socks, as well as its CEO and founder Risto Petkov. In fact, we’ve even interviewed Risto at Dose, which was a great conversation. Now, Risto and Stinky Socks have moved up in the world. Hey, we’re willing to say that there’s just a few more people paying attention to TED Talks than our skateboarding publication. Yes, even during the pandemic TED Talks are continuing, though they are being shot locally. Petkov gave his talk from the Stinky Stocks Garage, where the magic happens. His talk is entitled, “How growing up an outsider helped me in life” and features Petkov discussing his experience as an outside in Eastern Europe when he was coming of age and figuring out what he wanted to do with his life.
