Santa Cruz Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Red Bull Skateboarding
Here’s to another 50 years!
We’ve mentioned before that Santa Cruz Skateboarding is the oldest American hardgoods company going. How long as Santa Cruz been around? They are marking their 50th anniversary. Fifty years selling skateboarding hardgoods! That’s amazing. To celebrate, Red Bull Skateboarding turned a skatepark into a funhouse for the Santa Cruz team.
Santa Cruz’s crew went to the 6th Street Skatepark and turned into a space worthy of a 50th anniversary bash. Filmed by Joe Perrin, this video features Tom Asta, Maurio McCoy, Jake Wooten, and a special guest in John Gardner. It’s a real party.
