Pocket Follows Dylan Jaeb for the Day

Don’t worry, it’s not as weird as it sounds
CHRIS MORGAN  |

Have you checked out Pocket’s Followed series of videos? It’s a day-in-the-life type show where they follow a skater around as they do their thing. Maybe it’s not true cinema verite, but it’s still interesting, and much less stalkerish than it might sound. Which is a relief, because the latest video focuses on 16-year-old skating wunderkind Dylan Jaeb. The Hawaiian teen now spends his time in Encinitas, California, which is where Pocket spent some time with him one day.

Jaeb takes us around town, showing some of the best skateparks the area has to offer. Hey, when you’re 16 you have a lot more free time to investigate your surroundings. He also, conveniently enough, runs into skaters Jamie Thomas and Miles Lawrence. Following around most 16-year-olds would be quite boring, but Jaeb’s preternatural skating talent takes him a long way. If you want to check out the video, we recommend you to watch Followed.
