New Bronze 56k x Reebok Collab Inspires with Fresh Updates of the Classic Leather and Answer IV

Reebok and the skater brand Bronze 56k from Queens, New York, announced the release of their third joint collection, which will be available from June 26th. After the success of the Club C collab last year, the Classic Leather and Answer IV silhouettes will be given a fresh update for Spring / Summer 2021 with the iconic color combination of blue and orange inspired by New York City.  

Founded in 2012, Bronze 56k has caused quite a stir in the skater industry. The brand first attracted attention with a lo-fi video that was circulating on the Internet in the year it was founded and has since grown in popularity. In the meantime, specially designed skateboards and clothing are also part of the range. In the third year of partnership, the skater team is looking forward to the release of these new and unexpected silhouettes. The new collection is inspired by various factors, such as: New York's distinctive sports culture, skate scene and city flag. 

While Reebok's legendary Answer IV is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Bronze 56k presents a minimalist update of the typically aggressive sneaker and draws inspiration for the classic basketball silhouette from the tech-oriented 2000s skate era. The design highlights include a gum outsole as an homage to the skater shoes of the 90s, a stripe in blue and orange along the heavy canvas tongue and the embroidered symmetrical cubes as a lucky charm of bronze 56k on the milled leather upper material. 

The iconic Classic Leather comes in unisex sizes and is made of premium suede and nylon with chenile along the shaft, which creates a special and at the same time playful look. 

The Classic Leather and Answer IV will be available from June 24th on Bronze56k.com and from June 26th on Reebok.com.
