Lil Durk Wearing The Viral ‘Skateboard Sweater’ at Lakers Game
Chicago rapper Lil Durk was recently spotted wearing a unique and cringy sweater at the Lakers game. Instead of the usual drip, Lil Durk dressed in the once famously viral furry sweater with a broken skateboard going through the chest; this became a statement piece for the game.
As fucked up as it was, in Lil Durk's defense, he was wearing this to show his support for Tyre Nichols, who was sadly murdered by the Memphis Police Department on January 7th, 2023.
Paying respects to Tyre is cool; big respect for him for that, but using a board as a fashion accessory is not ok. A simple printed logo on a hoody would have done, but then again, it wouldn't have gotten as many people talking about it as there are now.
We can't imagine he would be wearing this on any normal day. Someone, please send him a box of branded hoodies and baggy pants because as much as we think Durk will not be wearing this again, we can help prevent this outfit from ever being pulled out of his wardrobe again.
