JOE GAVIN WON'T LET ISOLATION STOP HIM

People have had to get creative to film skating content during the pandemic. Simply put, we aren't spending as much time together, and with good reason. It has been a minute since a group of skaters could get together with one dude on their phone shooting everything. Maybe because they are the worst skater of the bunch, but skills are skills, and shooting video takes talent.
Vague Magazine is working on a video called Iso-Vague, and it's built around the strange reality we've found ourselves in. They recently dropped Joe Gavin's part of the video, and it is a clear example of what we're talking about. Gavin skates around Manchester and Stockport in the United Kingdom, but he's taken in the scenery by himself. Almost all of the video was shot by Gavin himself selfie-style. A smidge of the video was shot by one other filmer, but mostly it's just Gavin, his board, and the streets. Check it out above.
