All the good stuff

Do you want to learn how to do a kickflip like a pro? Well, you've come to the right place. In this blog post, I'll show you the steps to nail this awesome trick. Let's get started!

Step 1: Position your feet. You want to have your front foot slightly off the board and angled a bit, so you can kick it easily. The ball of your front foot should be behind the front trucks. Your back foot should be flat on the tail of the skateboard.

Step 2: Pop the tail. This is where you slam the tail of the skateboard down with your back foot, while jumping up with your front foot. This will make the board pop up in the air.

Step 3: Flick your front foot. As soon as you pop the tail, you need to flick your front foot off the side of the skateboard, sliding it up towards the nose of the board. This will make the board spin in mid-air.

Step 4: Jump and spin. As you flick your front foot, you also need to jump up and spin your body 180 degrees. This will help you land on the board after it flips.

Step 5: Catch the board. When the board completes its rotation, you need to catch it with your feet. Try to land on the bolts, which are the screws that hold the trucks to the board. This will give you more stability and control.

Step 6: Practice. The only way to master this trick is to practice, practice, practice. Don't get discouraged if you fall or mess up. Keep trying until you get it right. Remember to keep your shoulders square and your weight centered over the board.

And that's how you do a kickflip! Go to the park and put all of this into action!
