Ace Pelka and Clay Kreiner Take Some Indy Trucks For a Spin
A lot of skate companies put out videos. You may think of them as a showcase for the skater and their skills, but usually, they are just as much about the brand. These are advertisements, basically. They just happen to be better, more enjoyable ads than, say, those super creepy toilet paper ads with the cartoon bears. Independent is one of the top names in trucks, and they want you to know that. That’s why they’ve put out this video, which is admittedly a little bit more overtly an ad than some other videos.
We aren’t complaining, though! We still get to see Ace Pelka and Clay Treiner grab their boards and hit the streets. The two Indy team members are rocking the Stage XI 215 trucks, which are wider than most. If grinding is your thing, trucks like this could be right up your alley. Especially if that alley has some grindable curbs in there or what have you. Even if you aren’t in the market for new trucks, wide or otherwise, it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy this video. That’s what we call successful advertising. See Pelka, Kreiner, and the Stage XI 215 trucks video above.
