Supreme Unveils It's SS'20 Tees And We Love Them

A homage to artists and vivid prints

It’s that time of the year again. The end of winter darkness is nigh, the SS'20 collections are starting to hit the shelves and Supreme's highly anticipated Spring/Summer look-book is flooding your Insta feed. Feels good, doesn’t it?

Previous years saw graphic tees feature art-works of Jean Paul Gaultier, Nan Goldin, and Tabboo! And this year is no different as they pay homage to some of the biggest artists and creators we got.

Supreme starts the online look-book with the ‘Tupac Hologram tee’. Featuring a black base and a hologram print of rap legend Tupac. The iconic hologram comes from the Snoop Dogg and Dr.Dre 2012 Coachella performance where Tupac made a guest appearance in the shape of a hologram. ‘Pac’ stands with his head down, showing off his iconic tattoos while wearing a set of white Supreme boxers that were digitally added to the image.

The ‘Naomi tee’ honors fashion icon Naomi Campbell. The t-shirt is decorated by a monochromatic photograph of Campbell, shot by Pamela Hanson and is finished off with illustrations by Mark Gonzales. Playful yet clean.

Other artist collabs for the SS’20 collection feature a 2001 cherry photo taken by Danish-American photographer Jamil GS.

The collection continues with a graffiti-inspired graphic tee, a rainbow tie-dye and a neon green long sleeve decorated with magazine cutouts Supreme’s playful side returns to the shelves. The all-cotton tees are finished off with classic Supreme graphic tees. The tees will go quick, so find your favorite and pray to the bank gods for smooth transactions.
