A Lost Cause Hits America For a Best-Trick Competition

A Lost Cause may be a clothing brand out of New Zealand, but they don’t want to stick to the Southern Hemisphere. It’s not like their skate team can go to Hobbiton and grind on Bilbo’s house or something. Over the summer, the Lost Cause crew found themselves in Santa Ana, California. What do you do when you are halfway across the world and in a city known for its skateboarding love? You throw down, of course.

The grand A Lost Cause Throwdown 2020 brings it like you would expect. This is a best-trick contest that lives up to the hype. After all, there are some best-trick competitions where the winner is the best of a weak bunch. That’s not a case for these folks. We don’t know why anybody would want to be anywhere but New Zealand these days, but we’re glad the A Lost Cause team decided to spend part of their summer in Santa Ana. Check out the video above.
