Why Zion Wright Isn’t Afraid Of Heights Or Jumping From Them

Vans Pro Zion Wright comes out with a short portrait film titled "We're From Here." where along with his dad, they reminisce and tell the story of when Zion fell out of the top window from his childhood home of Jupiter, Florida, when he was just a kid, but this accident is ultimately what helped him become the fearless demon he is today. They both said that the fall from the window helped him conquer his fears of heights, or even falling from them.

As Zion revisits his hometown, he comes across a local skater who lives in the same neighborhood in which Zion's close friends had grown up. As it just so happens, this skater had been inspired by the story of a local skater who had made it Pro from his town. Little did he know that was Zion. They skate some flat ground together before taking a photo and then Zion leaves him with some positive words, "Stay up, Keep skating bro, don't stop!"

That must have been a severe boost of inspiration right there!
