Doug Funnie would skateboard a bit, but when it comes to skating kids on Nickelodeon, the Rocket Power crew eats his lunch. The show aired from 1999 through 2004, peak “extreme sports” popularity in the United States. Naturally, to add cache to Rocket Power, they turned to none other than Tony Hawk.
Hawk made a cameo as himself, voice work naturally, in one episode of Rocket Power. The animated version of Hawk is…close enough. I don’t recall his skin ever being this tan, or his hair this blonde, but you can tell it is him. Check out Hawk’s cameo, see how you feel about his voiceover performance.
