Vans Livestreams Memorial For Jeff Grosso

The skating world was dealt a real blow in March when Jeff Grosso passed away. The dude was only 51, but his space in the skateboarding realm was well established already. Grosso played host to Vans’ show Loveletters to Skateboarding, a title that is pretty self-evident. To honor their fallen comrade, and to celebrate his life, Vans hosted a memorial Livestream dedicated to Grosso.

The memorial took place Tuesday afternoon and features many familiar faces. Some of the folks to stop by included Steve Van Doren, Steve Alba, Steve Olsen, and a lot of people not named Steve. People such as Rick Charnoski and Buddy Coan, who co-created Loveletters to Skateboarding. While the memorial has already happened, the beauty of live streams is they often live on in perpetuity.
