Santa Cruz is All Over Australia’s Gold Coast
Santa Cruz Skateboard’s crew pumped over the Pacific Ocean, a long haul, to head down to Australia. The proverbial Land Down Under is not at the forefront of skating, but there’s plenty of action to be found down there. So much so, Santa Cruz’s team went up and down the Gold Coast searching for all the country has to offer to skaters.
Erick Winkowski, Jake Wooten and Rob Pace rented themselves a van and decided to find the skateparks, street spots, and skate shops that Australia has to offer. While the water may go the other way down the drain, the skateparks in the country work the same way. Winkowski, Wooten, and Pace are able to get some air Down Under, and there is 20 minutes of action packed into this video. Maybe some Australia skaters can come to Cali next time.
