Pro Golfer Phil Mickelson's Team Now Sued By Fallen Brand Over Logo

Fallen brand to sue over federal trademark infringement
DANNY BROWN  |

Fallen Brand has officially filed a federal trademark infringement lawsuit against the LIV Golf League and its HyFlyers GC team which is captained by Pro Golfer Phil Mickelson.

After some speculations online within the skateboarding community, questions were asked to find out what exactly the connection was between pro golfer Phil Mickelson and Fallen brand when he was seen wearing what looked like an entire Fallen outfit in one of his recent games.

Many people who had caught wind of this led themselves to believe that Fallen partnered up with Mickelson and offered him a sponsor of some sort… which of course, raised a lot of eyebrows and didn’t make any sense. Well now it turns out, Fallen is now taking action and will be suing the LIV Golf League and its HyFlyers GC team for copying its 20-year-old logo.
