Nike SB Unveils New Shoe to Honor Nike Vietnam’s Anniversary

The colorway pays homage to the Vietnamese flag

It’s been 25 years since Nike Vietnam was founded. In honor of this anniversary, Nike SB has announced a new take on its classic Dunk Low, obviously called the “Vietnam.” The show is based around the color’s of Vietnam’s flag, primarily decked out in a bright red and a crisp white. There’s also a yellow outsole and a triple Swoosh that’s yellow, black, and red. The Vietnam has some McDonald’s vibes, but they would look pretty cool…save for perhaps one aspect likely to be polarizing. The toe of the shoe has a graphic to honor 25 years of Nike Vietnam. It definitely stands out, but maybe not in the best way. If you are looking for a collector’s item, maybe it’s a plus, but personally we’re mulling over how we feel about it. Check out the Nike SB Dunk Low “Vietnam” for yourself and decide.
