Nike SB Unveils a Look at the Dunk Low “Chlorophyll”
Ah, the year 1987. OK, we know almost all of our readers weren’t born then. Even the ones who were likely don’t remember it. Not a lot of nostalgia for seeing Broadcast News in theatres around these parts. That year, though, Nike threw together a color scheme for the Air Jordan 1. This is some early days of Nike shit. In fact, said color scheme has not been used since the Air Jordan 3…until now. This colorway is now known as “Chlorophyll,” and Nike SB is bringing it out of the mothballs. These Dunk Lows are mostly black white and gray, but not in a way that feels drab. Then, there are a couple pops of green, which you kind of need for the whole “Chlorophyll” thing. These shoes are expected sometime in November with a retail price of $100 USD. That would be a ton in 1987, but it’s a fine price now.
There’s plenty of green in the merch being sold in the Dose online shop. It won’t cost you a lot of green though. Green meaning money in the second sense.
