Nike SB Mingled All of Paul Rodriguez’s Best Sneakers Into One
Nike SB celebrates its years long partnership with pro skater Paul Rodriguez by releasing an extraordinary colorway of the SB Dunk Low. Paul joined the Swoosh as a teenager and collaborated with Nike on a vast number of sneakers over the years. The upcoming release has been given Nike’s prominent “What the” treatment, combining design elements from Rodriguez’s comprehensive sneaker line with the brand.
The Dunk Low “What the P-Rod” displays a variety of colors, patterns and details. Iconic elements from the P-Rod 1 “Mexican Blanket” as well the P-Rod 1 “Stash” are referenced in the upcoming release. The Dunks also contain elephant print features that point to the Air Jordan 1-inspired P-Rod 1 “J-Rod”.
Currently, a skate shop release is scheduled for May 22nd, 2021. However, we are expecting a SNKRS release later this month as well. Check out the above gallery of images of the “What the P-Rod” Dunks and hit up your local skate shop to get a W on these sick shoes.
