NIKE SB AND BEN & JERRY’S LINK UP FOR NEW DUNK DESIGN 


Food and beverages are becoming a big part of the streetwear collab world. Bape and Heineken dropped a collaboration back in 2017, KITH linked up with Coca-Cola in 2019 and recently Supreme sold out their Oreo cookie collaboration in seconds. And now it’s Nike SBs and Ben & Jerry’s turn to add to the list of tasteful collaborations.

The “Chunky Dunkies” were teased by 94_sbchef on Instagram a few days ago and take direct inspiration from the classic cow decorated Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream tubs. 

The playful design features cow patterned overlays made by horsehair, a ‘sky-blue’ toe-box and quarters decorated with green fields. The shoes are finished off with a melting swoosh, “Nike” written on the heel tab and with “CHUNKY DUNKY” on the tongue tag.

The release date is still uncertain but these iced out shoes are expected to drop during summer 2020. But stay calm, you’ll find more news and updates about the release here on Dose when the time comes.
