Griffin Gass Talks Going Pro, and More, in New Interview

It’s been a big year for the 23-year-old skater

The year 2020 has been weird for skateboarding. Hell, it’s been weird for everybody. That’s what a global pandemic does for you. Fortunately, Griffin Gass has been able to rise about it and make some strides in his life and his career. The Girl Skateboards’ skater officially went pro this month, and we’re sure he must be excited. In fact, it definitely seems like he’s excited given the interview he recently did with Route One U.K.

Gass first broke through in the Girls’ video Doll in 2018, and since then he’s only been on a rise. The 23-year-old talks about Doll during this interview, as well as how he feels about going pro, and specifically going pro in a year hindered by COVID-19. Gass also talks about what he has planned for the rest of the year. It’s about to get wintry in some parts of the Northern Hemisphere, but there’s time for Gass to make some more splashes. If nothing else, he’s already gone pro. You can’t get better than that. Watch the interview with Route One above.
