Lee Ralph came to the United States from New Zealand and made a big splash on the American skateboarding scene. That along is an interesting story. The video proclaims Ralph “the skateboarder who vanished,” which is certainly a way to try and grab clicks, but we’re more about skating here as opposed to internet mysteries. Ralph was a dominant force in the ‘80s, a time when skating was still growing in the United States, and was barely a blip in New Zealand. For that reason alone, this video is worth checking out.
