Copenhagen Open 2025 Kicks Off With a Vert Showdown at Fallenparken
Copenhagen Open doesn’t waste time with warmups — it throws you in headfirst. And Day 1’s vert session at Fallenparken was exactly that: loud, fast, and a little bit reckless. A cash-for-tricks battle under a blazing Nordic sky, where landing something clean meant real money.
The session brought out some serious vert monsters. Gavin Bottger floated over coping like it was a minor inconvenience, throwing out tricks with that signature style that makes you wonder if he's made of rubber and Red Bull. Pedro Barros came in hot with his usual mix of power and chaos, treating the ramp more like a battlefield than a skatepark. And yes — Sky and Ocean Brown were in the mix too, holding it down and making it look way too easy.
If vert skating ever needed a reminder that it’s still alive and foaming at the mouth, this was it. And the best part? This was only Day 1.
Stay tuned — it’s Copenhagen. It only gets weirder from here.
