Thousand Oaks City Council gets trolled by comedians Chad & JT
“You can be Narnia for skaters everywhere.”
As part of a public comment session at Thousand Oaks City Council, comedians Chad Kroeger and JT Parr, known for the outrageous Netflix show "Chad & JT Go Deep," recommended the city become the first skate-friendly city.
"A Narnia for skaters everywhere. Emphasis on the Gnar”, said Chad.
Throughout their speech, Mikey Tailor holds back his laughs, and just before signing off, they remind him not to forget his roots. A skateboarding celebration could attract more young people to Thousand Oaks, making it a more dynamic and active place. It was a joke, but Chad and JT raised a valid point about skateboarding today.
