Darren Navarrette has been skating with Creature since the beginning. What happens when you are with a company through thick and thin? Well, sometimes they give you a documentary. Navarrette’s two decades plus as a skater are now the focus of a new doc from Creature called 25 Years of the Vertical Vampire. It’s perfectly in the image of both the skater and the brand. Now 44, Navarrette has had a major impact on skating, which isn’t too shabby for a kid from Minnesota. 25 Years of the Vertical Vampire features clips, of course, as well as interviews. While Navarrette says he wishes his street skating got more love, there’s nothing wrong with being known as the Vertical Vampire. You can watch the trailer for Creature’s doc above.
