CHECK OUT FTC BARCELONA’S LATEST FULL-LENGTH POR FIN

The skateshop is doing their best in troubling times
CHRIS MORGAN  |

Way back in 1993, the skateshop FTC San Francisco released a full-length video called Finally. This was when videos were, you know, actual videos. These days, a lot of videos, even the full-lengths, pop up online. That’s very much true of the latest video from FTC San Francisco’s European brethren FTC Barcelona. They gathered a bunch of local skaters for their own full-length, which was recently unveiled by Free magazine.

The FTC Barcelona video is called Por Fin, which translates to “At Last.” Perhaps that’s a nod to the San Fran branch’s famed Finally? It would certainly make sense, and we feel like Por Fin is a worthy successor. The skateshop, owned by Julio Arnau, has had a rough 2020. Of course, that’s true of most of us, but it’s nice to see them persevering to put out a full-length before we say goodbye to this miserable year. Arnau is in the video, along with a list of skaters who call Barcelona home. There are so many skaters in Por Fin it would be hard to list them all, and to start listing them would only mean leaving many worthy names out. The Free-dropped full-length is 24 minutes of some of the best Barcelona has to offer. Watch it now above.
