Aurelien Giraud Gets First Pro Model with etnies

France’s Aurelien Giraud has joined the list of skaters with their own pro model. Etnies has introduced The Aurelien, which they say was designed and tested for high-impact skateboarding, the better to match Giraud’s dynamic style.

In addition to all the details that skaters might look for in terms of durability (performance insoles, padded outsoles, hidden toecaps), The Aurelien comes in three colorways and is spotted with lion imagery, owing to Lyon, France being Giraud’s hometown.

There is no reinvention of the colorway going on, with the options being a classic black and white, a tan and white, and a gray and light gray in the mix. There’s a brief video part from Etnies announcing The Aurelien, check it out, and get a look at the shoe!
